3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the checkout page or agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on our website.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products and virtual services, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued after a purchase is completed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for understanding what you are purchasing.
You have read all relevant product/service descriptions and FAQs before checkout.
You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve any concerns.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through informal communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in the State of Minnesota.

10. Client and Student Responsibilities

By purchasing or participating in our programs, you agree to take full responsibility for your own progress. Our coaching and materials are educational in nature. Results may vary and depend on your effort, consistency, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any product, service, or community without refund if you violate these Terms, fail to follow community guidelines, or behave in a way that disrupts or endangers the experience of others.

12. Communications and Consent

By purchasing a service or downloading a resource, you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
